Herbs and their uses:

Lemon Grass- cold and flu symptoms, flavonoid, and chest infections
Echinacea- used to treat sore throat, inflammation, infections, cold symptoms

Mullein- detoxifying the lungs

For Tea- take 1 tsps per 8oz of water and steep for 8 mins.
