This blend has a nice refreshing/airy feel to it with a minty taste on the tongue. This blend was made to help shed the old to welcome in the new. This blend is great for reducing fever, headaches, abdominal pain, muscle cramps, cholesterol, hypertension, blood pressure, liver health and more!

Tea: 1tsp per 8oz of hot water 3 times a day.
